Anna Booth
Director
Anna is an experienced facilitator, accredited mediator, mentor and trainer as well as a board member of Members Equity Bank, the banking institution of the Industry Superannuation Funds, The Centre for Policy Development and non-executive chair of the law firm Slater & Gordon.
In former roles Anna was vice-president of the Australian Council of Trade Unions and national secretary of the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union of Australia. During the nineties she was a board member of the NRMA and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and member of the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG).

Ewen McConchie
Director
Ewen is an experienced facilitator, mediator and advisor with over 15 years active involvement in business process improvement and resolving operational problems and workplace conflicts within large organisations ranging from publicly listed corporations to local, state and federal government agencies.
Ewen's background includes employment in corporate HR roles, as a full-time IR advocate and as a union official in both the aviation and public sectors. Ewen has degrees in Economics and Sociology as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration. |

Clive Thompson
Director
Clive is a lawyer and accredited mediator, arbitrator and facilitator. He has been engaged in major workplace change and dispute resolution initiatives at both enterprise and industry level in Australia and overseas. He has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Clive is a former arbitrator of the Workers Compensation Commission of New South Wales and former senior commissioner of the South African Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.
As a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Clive is currently presenting the postgraduate courses Workplace Law and Negotiating Change & Managing Conflict in the Workplace (with Anna Booth). He is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Cape Town.

Malcolm Scott
Associate
Malcolm is a Barrister-at-Law admitted in 1990. Prior to going to the bar he had 13 years experience as an industrial relations specialist. He left the role of National Industrial Relations Manager for Metal Trades Industry Association (MTIA), now Australian Industry Group (AiG), to go the Bar.
During his time at MTIA he specialised in problem solving and negotiating major industrial disputes in the manufacturing, construction and ship repair industries. He now has a diverse legal practice which includes industrial relations.

Lynn Thompson
Associate
Lynn holds a bachelor degree of Economic and Social Sciences from Sydney University and is the 2011 recipient of the QANTAS Honours Scholarship for academic excellence. Lynn works as a trainer and facilitator in the area of workplace change and bargaining.
She is currently a Research Associate for the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at Sydney University and is Global Head of Consulting for 180 Degrees Consulting. Previously Lynn worked as a Research Officer for law firm Slater & Gordon.
